Bob has developed a Specialty Financing Program for Trillion Capital, LLC Film Funding.  Bob's Clients included A List Actors, Former Actresses, Screen Writers, Best Selling Book Authors, Current and Past  Media Directors for Major Ministries, A List Film Producers and Directors and others.  Currently the projects include a Table of 8-15 Films for the initial Hedge Fund.  More Film Opportunities are being investigated.

James (Jim) brings over 3 years of experience as an IRS Revenue Officer / Agent and 30 years of experience as Tax and Accounting Consultant to Individuals, Small Business, Small to Large Corporations, Trusts and Non-Profits.

James has served as an Instructor of Tax and Accounting Classes for Davenport University of Flint, Michigan for over 10 years. 

In James' first six years in a partnership practice his client base exceeded 400.  When James sold his private sole proprietor practice in 2010, James had acquired over 1,000 clients - Individuals, Families, Small Businesses, Small to Large Corporations, Trusts, and Non Profits.

James has represented clients in a variety of Tax Resolution Matters before the Internal Revenue Service, State and Local Tax Authorities throughout his years of Practice since leaving the Internal Revenue Service.

James continued his Tax Resolution Practice for the International Firm which acquired his Accounting, Consulting, Tax Preparation and Tax Resolution Practice in late 2010.

James (Jim) has over twenty five years of experience in progressively complex firm management, accounting, auditing, tax, consulting, litigation support, and academia. He has demonstrated leadership success in partnering with core operations to drive performance.

James has supervised and directed auditing and accounting services to various national and local businesses including retail, wholesale operations, professional services, construction and real estate. Services include audit of financial statements and claims, audit of 401K and pension plans, compilation and review engagements, consolidation of subsidiaries, and compilation and examination of prospective financial statements. Prepare and present guidelines and education materials for staff to improve efficiency and service to clients.  He has conducted and managed Peer Reviews to ensure other accounting firms’ compliance with accounting and auditing standards and served as key member of senior management team, developing and improving client retention with existing and new clients.

James has collaborated with clients to develop Finance, Audit, Accounting and Administration policies to align with their strategic planning and leadership goals. Recommend and implement “best practices” approach to financial management; installation and execution of cost-reducing and process-improving accounting systems; advise on budgeting, forecasting and internal controls; create cash flow, asset and investment management controls. Act as liaison with government auditors to facilitate response on behalf of clients.  He has led project team to devise and structure an operationally-integrated compliance program, developed indirect cost rates for Government Contractors to meet government accounting standards and review financial statements and accounting systems for clients of financial institutions and banks to advise loan officers/ relationship managers regarding their client’s accounting treatment and business impact thereof.

James has Qualified and served as an Expert Witness in numerous cases in Federal and State courts on behalf of privately-held companies and government agencies, including the Department of the Navy and the Department of Justice. Testimony and litigation support provided including reports on matters such as auditing and professional standards and methodology; the allowability and allocability of expenses under contracts; bankruptcy; the calculation of contract damages, solvency and lost wages. James has served as litigation consultant for the government in General Dynamics v. United States, which involved a $39 million claim against the government for poor audit quality and failure to meet accounting standards and has prepared and reviewed business valuations in accordance with AICPA and NACVA Standards

James serves as Adjunct Professor in the Master’s Program in Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies teaching Sports Business & Finance and Sports Economics & Branding. Served as adjunct professor for accounting, auditing, and tax on the graduate and undergraduate levels at the University of Maryland, College Park.

James Professional Firm Management experience includes Director of Professional Services for a firm providing basic accounting and tax services with 32 small offices throughout the United States. Responsibilities included developing service offerings, quality control, professional development, and marketing; supervised a staff of ten, participating as a member of three person Executive Committee; participated in strategic planning discussions, negotiated contracts with vendors for professional services and products, developed and delivered leadership, client development, and professional training, developed training program matrix to ensure all staff met firm goals, developed interview strategies for hiring of professional staff, interviewed and participated in the hiring decision process for all professional staff, developed onboarding program for professional staff, served as Plan Administrator for the 401(k) plan, was a member of the Acquisition Committee – reviewed acquisition candidates; performed on-site evaluations; developed due diligence program for $13 million acquisition, developed a plan to change focus of marketing from a commodity approach to a client solutions approach, and initiated social media adoption and revamp of a web site.
